JSD Bulding Institute of Bar

Construction company JSC Building Institute of Bar, is derived from the Residential Utility Company in 1974, and after the transformation of ownership and management company has been transformed into joint-stock company and privatized in 2000 with a majority share capital of the management team of companies.

JSD Bulding Institute of Bar is specialized in the business of construction and building trades work, and for designing and supervision.

Company employs 240 permanent workers, during the year, if necessary, we employ more for a fixed period of up to 100 people of all profiles.

With the aim to ensure the independence of the construction works for the construction JSC Building Institute Bar is the concessionaire of the quarry Velji Zabio in Bar, located along the main road to Ulcinj, whose reserves of quality stones are very high. On the site is installed crusher and separation plant which now produces 122,417.00 m3 of aggregates per year. Also is formed a plant for manufacturing concrete mass and the necessary reinforcement of concrete elements.

JSC Building Institute Bar on the market acts as an investor and contractor, and has all the technical equipment necessary for construction works.

Residential - business building "A-2"

JSC "ZIB" Bar is currently building residential - commercial facility "A-2" in a flexible zone 2 in the Bar. The surfaces of this building is 5280 m2, while the value of the investment is 13.2 million euros. Flooring of the building is P +10 + L with 60 flats. Year of design object 2007.

Residential - business building "G-13"

In 2011. will be started with the construction of Residential - business building "G-13" on an attractive location Topolica 1 in the Bar. Total surface of building will be 9838.27 m2, and the agreed value of the works is 10,326,400 euros. Floors of the building will be P +8 floors. The facility will consist of 80 apartments of different sizes. Year of projecting the building is 2010.

Residential - business building "A-6"

JSC "ZIB" bar is in final phase of construction residential project " A -6" on the location Topolica-Bjeliši . The apartments are designed for employees in education. Total surface of building is 8354.32 m2, with a value of the works 4,354,619 euros. Floors of P +4 + L to P +6 + L with 101 full-housing unit. Year of projecting the building is 2007.
